I've written a document describing hadoop metrics.

I'd like to add it to hadoop project.

I wrote descriptions including following contents.
* metrics name(Display Name)
* the class where the metrics are written
* total value or current value
* unit(number, byte/MB/GB, or nanoseconds/milliseconds/seconds/minutes)
* the daemon(NameNode/DataNode/..) to output the metrics
