[PR] Fix broken class xrefs in standard provider sensor docs [airflow]

kaxil opened a new pull request, #73360:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/73360

The \`TimeSensor\` and \`DayOfWeekSensor\` how-to guides link to modules that don't exist:

   - \`TimeSensor\` pointed at \`airflow.providers.standard.sensors.time_sensor\`; the class actually lives in \`airflow.providers.standard.sensors.time\`.
   - \`DayOfWeekSensor\` pointed at \`airflow.sensors.weekday\`, the pre-provider-split core location. It now lives in \`airflow.providers.standard.sensors.weekday\`.

Neither target resolves, so the \`:class:\` links render broken in the built docs.
