[VOTE][UPDATE] Muse 2.0.0 release

Hi,

Based on Steve's comments about Axis2 1.1 SNAPSHOT jars, we've decided to 
move out the Muse release date to the 29th and include the Axis2 1.1 WAR 
file rather than removing it from the distribution. This will be most 
convenient for the users. I will update this vote thread on the 25th (when 
the Axis2 1.1 files should be available) and will ask for more votes at 
that time.
