   We have a heartbeat mechanism between the broker and clients. If the client is not able to write a flow command to the broker side. The heartbeat command will also fail. The broker side will try to close the consumer. After the consumer reconnects to the broker. The available flow permits will be reset. Do you see the issue on the environment?
