I am preparing release for Apache Zeppelin. I tried to upload binary packages under https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/zeppelin so community can test them, but I got error:

Transmitting file data .svn: E175002: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E175002: PUT request on '/repos/dist/!svn/txr/14172-c4b/dev/zeppelin/zeppelin-0.6.0-rc1/zeppelin-0.6.0-bin-all.tgz' failed
{code}

FYI, our release includes two binary packages which are 506M, 212M each.
