When using traffic_line and traffic server is not started you will get the following error message:
root@sen200-cgw:~# traffic_line -x [connect] ERROR (main_socket_fd 3): Connection refused error: the requested command failed
A Better ERROR message would be: Traffic Server not started !!
Or
Make sure Traffic Server is started !!
