Klaus Rock created TS-1379:
------------------------------

             Summary: traffic_line without trafficserver started
                 Key: TS-1379
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-1379
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Configuration
    Affects Versions: 3.0.4
         Environment: Linux
            Reporter: Klaus Rock

When using traffic_line and traffic server is not started you will get the following error message:

A Better ERROR message would be: Traffic Server not started !!
