Update of CTLX

Hello,

i used the CTLX project of Taglibs. But i found a few problems in the
TLDS parser servlet.

So i wrote a new version of it :

* Corrected : file separator to make it compatible with Windows servers.

* Modified : closing brakets : easier to add new informations into
columns.

You can find modifications using diff on the file changes.txt joined.
