Datatype Error for uriReference


	I have a schema file which is of type uriReference.
	I am trying to put data cid:-----part_09898303@tdave.tdave
	and it gives me Datatype Error cid:-----part_09898303@tdave.tdave is
malformed URI

	Any idea why?
	Also could any one tell me the vialid values of uriReference or any
reference material.
