Concourse - max containers reached

All resources are erroring out with "max containers reached"?

Anyone looking into it?

Something appears to be up with the container garbage collector.  Just to
get things moving in the interim, we've restarted the workers to
unceremoniously whack the containers that should have been pruned.

Anyone with tests running may have had their tests workers die as a
result.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
