The custom node type creation is not yet implemented and is part of another issue (GRFT-23). I have created CustomNodeTypeCreator and CustomNodeTypeCreatorImpl for Sandro to add his code to.

There are some occasional lucene warnings during the tests which I can't fix. It might be a jackrabbit bug, I will have an eye on it.
