With http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/soap/eutils_lite.wsdl, the Dynamic client tries to pass "java.lang" to the JAXB context.

The dynamic client should:

1) Filter out the known packages ahead of time (java.lang, java.util, etc..)

2) Check each package for pacakge.ObjectFactory and only use the packages where one is found.
