Maven2 POM is corrupt

Hi,

Can someone please fix the Maven2 POM? It seems to be corrupt. Please see
the latest few posts at

You'll need to go to the Maven project directly. They have some
repository maintenance issue tracking. Xerces' POMs are "community
managed".

Not sure what you're referring to. None of the committers have ever had
anything to do with the POMs written for Xerces. We're not even Maven users
and wouldn't have the slightest idea how to "fix" this problem.
