While reviewing the source code in preparation for the 1.8 release I found two things that need to be cleaned up:
* Vim swap file ./src/ports/postgres/modules/elastic_net/.elastic_net.sql_in.swo
* tar archive examples/gpce/gpml.tar (with Mac OS X random garbage mixed with useful files)
I suggest we remove the swap file and untar the tar while cleaning it up.

Sounds good.
I'll take care of the cleanup - probably end up removing the tar file since
it's outdated.
