Patch for review. This changes MiniLlapCluster to use a MiniZookeeperCluster.
The tests itself have not been modified to use multiple instances since none of them end up exercising this. Ran tests locally to use 2 instances - they passed, but everything was submitted to a single executor only since there was not enough work for 2 executors.

[~prasanth_j] - please review.

Uploading another patch shortly for Jenkins which includes HIVE-11766 and HIVE-13364, since this patch applies on top of these.
