We would like an OSGi bundle for url rewrite filter project

For the 4.0.4 release (or latest)

We only need OSGi dependency on servlet API. And the other pieces should be optional (eg http client, ant etc.) as we dont need that; they are also marked as optional in maven pom.xml file.

This bundle is needed for the new camel-urlrewrite component, so we can use that in SMX / Karaf.
