PR 118 removed {{<Configuration>}} and {{<Platform>}} tags from most {{.csproj}} files, replacing them with entries in {{build.props}} but kept them in some. For example, {{Org.Apache.REEF.Network.csproj}} and {{Org.Apache.REEF.Examples.AllHandlers.csproj}} still have them.

Is there a specific reason for this, or are have these two projects been just missed (in which case we should clean that up)?
