[jira] [Created] (LIVY-555) Do not accept new sessions on Livy server shutdown.

Meisam created LIVY-555:
---------------------------

Summary: Do not accept new sessions on Livy server shutdown.
                 Key: LIVY-555
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LIVY-555
             Project: Livy
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Meisam
            Assignee: Meisam

This behavior is due to a data race in SessionManager.shutdown().
