Config Setup for James

Hi,

I am totally new to James.
I have a fixed IP address.
I have set up a James Mail server on my Server on my most important domain
name giftofsound.co.uk
I am now able to successfully send and receive emails to any other email
address OK

Now I have another 3 domains I would like to set up and run on the same
machine using James Mail. Can someone advise me on the easiest way to
achieve this. 
As I am a bit thick, if you could point me to some real config examples that
would be great.
