We are getting build failures in the nightly build. I can repro with :

./gradlew -p lucene:codecs test --tests=TestSimpleTextVectorFormat.testRamBytesUsed -Ptests.nightly=true

I think we need to implement SimpleTextVectorReader.ramBytesUsed (which currently always returns 0).
