Run Kylin on CDH with HBase 1.x

Hi kylin users,

Recently we received several reportings on running kylin on CDH with HBase
1.x; I did a test and found CDH's HBase is incompitible with Apache HBase
1.x API, at least in HBase v1.0; For the details please read and comment in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KYLIN-1089
