Currently, there is no concept about database. Later, we will have database as higher namespace than now. For that, we need to consider the current warehouse directory structure and catalog system.

The objective of this issue is to set the default database name to Tajo system. According to this change, we need to change warehouse directory structure and some parts of catalog. The default name will be 'default' as other some DBMS-like systems. 

If you have any idea, please feel free to suggest.
