Email address for Lucene PMC

Hello,

Is there an email address for the Project Management Committee? I have somewhat a non-technical project related question.

Hi,

Feel free to ask non-technical questions here.  If you would rather not ask
in the open, then you can use  private@lucene.apache.org which is only for
PMC members and is "private".
