Upcoming OpenWhisk "Tech Interchange" Meeting - November 8th 2017.

I'm hosting the upcoming OpenWhisk "Tech Interchange" (Wed @ 11am EDT).
Who has agenda items to discuss? Can you let me know and I'll add you to
the schedule.
I'd got some suggestions I'd like to raise about updating the Swift 4
runtime to support Codable interfaces.

Reminder about the community call today. We still have a few minutes left
in the schedule if other people have (short) issues to bring up.
Carlos started a trend for "OpenWhisk Pirates*" on the last call and I
fully encourage the trend for wearing novelty hats on the call...
As the moderator I feel obliged to continue this trend.
