Dave Johnson updated ROL-1752:
------------------------------

      Description:
Add the ability for a weblog author or admin to edit the comments in the weblog.

  was:
In the comment moderation system : add the capability to edit the comment content and to save it.
The original comment (posted by a user) should be kept, if possible.

    Fix Version/s: 5.0
Assignee: Dave Johnson (was: Roller Unassigned)
Issue Type: New Feature (was: Improvement)
Summary: Allow weblog comments to be edited by weblog author/admin (was: Weblog owner can edit a comment)

I have implemented this and intend to commit later today. My implementation allows a weblog author or admin to edit weblog comments in his blog. My implementation has two shortcomings:

* It does not save a copy of the original comment
* It does not mark the comment in any way to indicate that it has been edited
