Why tag does not work in

I am using XSL formatting objects.
I'm trying to specify different font weight to some text in one block.  <fo:block><fo:wrapper font-weight="bold">Solution Name: </fo:wrapper><xsl:value-of select="name" />
    </fo:block> 

Somehow after I add the wrapper tag, the text inside the wrapper is not displayed.  Only select name is displayed.  I have attached the stylesheet below.  Please help me!
