Add support for APOP authentication protocol

> The clients I know about that support APOP are:
> Outlook 2002 (Look at Outgoing Server ->
> My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication)

> Outlook Express (Windows, Mac)

Are you sure we're talking about the same thing? I have both Outlook
Express and Outlook. As far as I know, neither of them supports APOP. Both
of them support SMTP AUTH, as does James.

APOP, described in RFC 1939
(http://james.apache.org/rfclist/pop3/rfc1939.txt), is for POP3, not SMTP
authentication.
