Rhino JavaScript non-functional

Hi all,

I am currently fixing a series of Rhino JavaScript issues and committed
a bunch of classes. This will be a series of commits causing the
scripting/javascript build to temporarily fail.

As soon as I have committed everyhting, the build should run smoothely
again, at which time I will inform you again.

I have finished my checkins to Rhino JavaScript and the module should
now build properly again.
