> The application should have the option to block out certain "bad" nodes at run time.  A use case is that if the tasks of an application fail on a particular node multiple times, the application should be able to add the "bad" node to the "blacklist" for this application.  As the result, no other tasks of this application will be launched to the same node at run time.
