access log not rotated

------- Additional Comments From remm@apache.org 2001-10-23 11:38 -------
I think I experienced the bug once. I have Tomcat running as a service on my
laptop, and since I use the hibernation feature of Win2k, it's running for
extended periods of time. After a while (at least 10 days, maybe more), the
access log stopped being rotated, and all the logs went to the last file created.

I have no idea how to reproduce the problem at the moment, or what may cause
this (or even if it still does exist with the current code - although since I
don't remember any changes in the logger code, I don't see how it could have
been fixed).
