是在datanode启动失败的时候会有这个bug。启动失败会走停止流程，但这两个Impl只有在启动成功时才会被初始化，所以加了一个npe判断.
我的重现方法：
1. 将集群的一个节点停止
2. 将单机的data替换这个集群节点的data目录
3. start-datanode.sh
结果没有NPE：
