[PROPOSAL] add getConf to ContextManager

Hi,

I was wondering last Friday about configuration path in tomcat
where conf path is allways home + conf.
 
ie ==>

    void readMemoryRealm(Context ctx) throws Exception {
    ContextManager cm=ctx.getContextManager();
    String home=cm.getHome();
    File f=new File( home + "/conf/tomcat-users.xml");
    if( ! f.exists() ) {
        ctx.log( "File not found  " + f );
        return;
    }
	
Why not add a setConf/getConf to ContextManager to allow
separation of data and config data as done in Apache ?
