   I am getting this error while trying to list  api. everything else action, rule ,trigger is working fine 
   
   command ran :  ./wsk api list -i
   Error :   error: Unable to obtain the API list: The requested resource does not exist. (code 247)
   
   can you please suggest what could be the possible reason for this,
