Currently when using the provided PySpark loaders and using a KeyConverter or ValueConverter class, there is no way to pass in additional information to the converter classes.  Would like to add functionality to pass in options either through configuration that can be set to the SparkContext, or through parameters that can be passed to the KeyConverter and ValueConverter classes.
