Re: svn commit: r1510277 - /jspwiki/board/2013-08.txt

Hi Juan Pablo,

Hopefully by the time of the board meeting, the infra issues will be resolved. You probably read the comments already on board that the issue is getting some attention.

I just looked at the jspwiki.apache.org page and it's the old (incubating) page with the last status 15-May but at least it's not a directory.

Maybe a bit more words around "Last PPMC" to recognize that we no longer have a PPMC.

It's not obvious what "5 issues have been solved in these 10 days" means. It's probably too much detail anyway.

I always reported the number of subscribers to the dev and user lists and the traffic on each list, but you are free to ignore these. Some indication of the activity level is good, though.

The information that the board needs is posted and changes often enough that it's a good idea to read the current information.

Regards,

Craig

Hi Juan Pablo,

There is no excuse for you not being a mail administrator if you want to be.

All you need to do is to ask infra to make you admin for the mail list. That should be done with no questions. Just make sure both infra and private@jspwiki are on all requests.

Regards,

Craig

P.S. there's still plenty of time to get you email admin karma and to amend the report

Hi Craig,

thanks for reviewing, I've just committed draft's 3rd revision. Regarding
the site, progress is being tracked at INFRA-6611; right now, we can't edit
the site via CMS, although we can modify the individual html files at
production/ svn URL.

As for the number of subscribers, AFAIK they're available only to ML
administrators (currently you, Janne and Harry), via an ezmlm mail. If
anybody could pass me those numbers, I'll gladly file them in the report. I
was going to request to Infra admin grants in order to ease grabbing that
numbers, but I'm stuck at the second confirmation e-mail (tried a couple of
times, it doesn't arrive..)

thanks,
juan pablo
