These problems are not described into the migration guide.

Tell me please what I can use instead of the IExceptionResponseStrategy interface in wicket 1.3.2?
What I can call instead of the IPageMap.lastAccessedEntry() method in wicket 1.3.2?
What I can call instead of the Request.getContextPath() method in wicket 1.3.2?
