FileUpload -- Internationalied Filenames/CJK

Apologies if this is a repeated question, however, I am looking to use the FileUpload package and have internationalizable filenames.  Right now the current methods available to get the filename do not seem to support internationalizable filenames (I.e. Chinese / CJK)

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
