Tony Stevenson commented on INFRA-3352:
---------------------------------------
The 'AttachFile' functionality has been turned off yes, due to excessive spam.

> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Bug
> Security Level: public(Regular issues)
> Components: MoinMoin
> Environment: IE & FF on Windows (haven't tried others)

> On the MoinMoin wiki, we are unable to download attached files. When click on a download link we get the following error message:
> You are not allowed to do AttachFile on this page.
> This happens whether or not logged in.
> To reproduce, go to http://wiki.apache.org/tapestry/Tapestry5JSPEditorEclipse and click on any of the 5 attachments in the 2nd paragraph.
> Or, go to http://wiki.apache.org/lenya/HowToIntegrateFCKEditor and click on the zip file link in the 5th paragraph.
> Did the attachment capability get turned off?
> This seems related to INFRA-2773 reported in June 2010.
> The problem may be intermittent. This seemed to work for me a few days ago, but only after I had problem downloading attachments on the previous day.
> Possibly related: the tapestry_s.png image in the banner at http://wiki.apache.org/tapestry/FrontPage stopped working a couple/few days ago. It now simply displays the file name instead of the image. I know this worked fine last week (because I put it there).
> Thanks!
