Apache-SSI, Apache-Filter

I have to install Apache-SSI, but the 'make test' command failed, 
with the error message:

>Starting http server...Can't start http server...The seek at real.t 
>line 100,<LOC> chunk4.dubios

Also the Apache-Filter is showed an error:

>Syntax error on line 8 of /modules/Apache-Filter-1.016/t/httpd.conf:
>LoadModule takes two arguments, a module name and the name of a 
>shared object file to load it from

Anybody can tell me what i have to do?
