Need help, instaling Soap.

Hi.

I need help on how to install Soap and put the samples to work.

I have a Win 2000, IIS 5.0, jdk1.3, jsdk2.1 (servlets), Apache Xerces 1.2.

I think that I have all I need to put Soap to work, if not tell me what is
messing.

On IIS I creat a Virtual Directory to soap-2_0\webapps\soap (alias name
soap).

On the example of the addressbook there is a sample usage.
java samples.addressbook.GetAddress \
  http://localhost:2020/soap/servlet/rpcrouter "John B. Good"

I don't have the servlet rpcrouter, sould I have it?.
