In OM 3.1.0 Application_zh_CN.properties file, from entry 1465 to entry 1600, we should have Chinese entries, but there are still English entries. Those entries are showed up from OM 3.0.7. When a Chinese user login in the system, suppose he or she would see Chinese labels or hints when certain events were triggered, but actually he or she still saw English. For example, when a Chinese invited a person joined a meeting, in the email address line, the hint is still in English This issue made user feel unfriendly.
