Vietnamese Translation

Hello, my name is Anh Phan.
It's almost a year since I last posted email to our community of L10n Team.
I was busy with some work by myself. And I felt that I have been no
longer having time to join in the community.
But, a friend of mine - with the email of : vietnamesel10n@gmail.com -
He has contacted me and asked me to replace my position in the project
for Vietnamese Localization.
I was too happy and I have requested him to make an annoucement to
join in the community of AOO L10n Team.
