Job 105387 was wrongly auto-canceled when cancel_on_interrupt is specified. There may be a hole such that when the Monitor performs ping to WS to both acknowledge submitter is still alive and to get the current Job state, the latter may not yet exist at WS due to latency of OR publication causing Monitor to ...?
