Any suggestions for where? The installer DLL code should also be committed
somewhere (it's about 20k, apache.iwz is 25k). But if it is in apache-1.3
then it'll get packaged up with Unix releases -- surely not really
necessary?
Possible locations:
apache-1.3/win32-installer <--- messes up the top level, but is
easy to rm from the packaging
apache-1.3/src/win32-installer <--- not really httpd source
apache-1.3/os/win32/installer <--- hidden at very deep level of
hierarchy
??
