Straight-forward patch that caches the node names in ClusterNodeTracker.

This is so we could identify what all nodes a particular ResourceRequest is interested in, which in turn is useful in YARN-5139 (global scheduler) and YARN-4752 (FairScheduler preemption overhaul).
