Add requestInfo item to jetspeed:info TagLib

I would like to add the following to the list of requestInfo item in the
jetspeed:info TagLib:

  FirstName  - First name of logged in user
  LastName   - Last name of logged in user
  EMail      - E-Mail address of the logged in user

This will allow additional personalization of the portal. For  examples:
  In the top navigation bar we can add "Welcome John Smith" where John
  is the first name and Smith is the last name.

I would be accomplished by patching
jetspeed.services.jsp.tags.InfoTag.java, the top_loggedin.jsp and top.vm
