invoice.PURCHASE_INVOICE.decimals = 4

Hi Si,

At http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=574397 you set
invoice.PURCHASE_INVOICE.decimals = 4
when we have also
invoice.SALES_INVOICE.decimals = 2

Could you please explain the reason?
