I am managing the 1.4.0 release and we currently have more than 500 issues targeted for 1.4.0. I am moving the target field to 1.5.0.

This is required for partial chunk reads where extra chunk data than requested might have to be read so that checksum verification can be done. But if the whole chunk is being read, we can copy the data directly into client buffer and avoid double buffer copies.
