converting the editors to usecases

currently, the editor integration has lots of assumptions about url 
structure which break with multilanguage.

to properly fix this we need to convert them to use the page envelope 
and use cases.

until that is done, the editors wont work for the new publications that 
use multilingual features

The HTML form editor is already working this way.
