libsendfile.so.1 comes with later revisions of Solaris 8.  If you have a Sun
support contract you can download and install the appropriate patches to
get that feature.  Otherwise, you need to build Apache from source on your
machine so that the resulting binary doesn't require any features which were 
added in later revisions.
