bug database populated, comments desired

Okay, I *think* I have the canonical list of yet-to-be-fixed bugs in 1.2-dev in
the bug database, at < http://www.apache.org/bugdb.cgi >.  Some of them are
handled and closed, but most are open and awaiting analysis or comment.  If you
want to comment upon them, go to the "development" interface, at
< http://dev.apache.org/private/bugdb.cgi >.  You need a name and password, one
which in this case matches your hyperreal name and password if you have a
hyperreal account.  If you don't fall in that category, let me know.

Comments on the interface are desired, as well as on the content.  I would say
closing all the reports except those of category "change request" would be
necessary before 1.2 beta.
